| I was referred to Tool Time Auto by a relative of mine. He expressed to me that the owner Mike Balsamo is a great mechanic and above all, extremely honest. I brought my vehicle to him for an oil leak. Within a few hours he diagnosed the problem and called me. Mike indicated that the oil was leaking from the oil filter adapter housing, the repair would be $750.00. He then informed that he was sure the required repair would be covered in the 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty. I contacted the Jeep dealer and sure enough they confirmed it is covered at no cost to me. I can't say enough about Mike's honesty and straight forward approach to dealing with me as a customer. I'm certain if I took the car to anyone else, I would have been paying the $750.00 or more.
